Whilst we pride ourselves in our professionalism and take the upmost care of your valued possessions, there may be circumstances whereby a removalist is not liable for any damage caused to your goods.

The Financial Services Reform Act now prohibits removalists from offering Insurance without a license. Only Insurance agents/brokers can offer this service.

Transit Insurance

Our Insurance Policy covers your goods and possessions for fire, collision, and over turning of our vehicle whilst in transit.

All quotes supplied by Richmond Valley Removals includes Free Transit Insurance Cover Only.

If you require extra cover you should contact your Insurance provider/broker. This is a separate Insurance Policy which must be taken out by the legal owner of the goods being consigned.
